We have an open and honest pricing system.  

 

Our rates our clearly shown, we operate with competitive pricing but our service is exceptional as our customers will testify. Our labour costs are £60.00 per hour this is charged in 30-minute increments. 

This cost does not include the cost of materials used. 

 

Duration of works are estimated.  

If works take longer than an additional 1 hour from original estimate, confirmation will be requested that you are happy to proceed with the work in question.  

 

Quotes do not cover cost of any unforeseen extras.  

However, you will be informed of any extras before work continues. All goods will remain property of Birdy Blacksmiths until final payment is made.

Site visits for quotations purposes will be undertaken at our discretion and availability. A travel cost may be incurred irrespective of job confirmation. 

 

All work undertaken requires a deposit charged at 30% (this may vary depending on materials required). 

All extra work to the quotation will be invoiced separately. 

 

All quotes are valid for 30 days. 

All invoices to be paid within 7 days of receipt.
